The home for inventors in the construction industry
good design, I have wondered why this was not around for decades, especially for dry wall ends butted to each other.......good design
Thanks for the feedback, its great food for thought!
I have been using tools in the trades for 40 some years, they all have + and - uses. Many a time inventing a jig to surpass the existing tools is needed, what you have created is good. Have you any recent experience w/ the USPTO? Sept. 2010 I applied thru a Patent Attorney, 30 months later I am still waiting for USPTO to get in to gear....any one out there having a similar experience? keep in touch Sean, James and good luck with your tool
I have an application in with the USPTO, whats the hold up? has the search been done yet?
it is registered with the patent office, just waiting for the examiners to examine.....30 months is twice the time it usually takes to complete. my research has shown they are a bit under staffed since 2009, misallocation of funds is my guess..... maybe you might have more info, my patent attorney just tells me the same, they are running behind schedule.......thanks for your time.
