Profile Information

Do you have an invention or innovation related to construction?
Yes
Are you, or have you been working in the building trades?
No
Do you provide a service to inventors?
None
At what stage is your invention?
I have an idea, I have begun work on my invention, I have a prototype
What do you need help with?
Invention Evaluation, Manufacturing, Marketing
What is the difference between a PROVISIONAL and a UTILITY patent?
I have a Provisional Patent. Provisional is actually an optional stage in aquiring a Utility Patent. Provisional is a brief version of a utility allowing one to "date" the invention and allow one to use the term "Patent Pending". A "Full" Utility Patent must follow within a year.
What is the difference between a saw horse and a mule?
Saw horse = folding "legs" originally designed (I think) to raise the log or wood, up off of he ground, for easier and complete saw-through. MULE = infertal offspring of Horse and Donkey.
