- What is the difference between a PROVISIONAL and a UTILITY patent?
- provisional patent is an application filed to the USPTO as a filing date, it is not a regular patent. A utility patent is a complete patent for public disclosure of an invention.
- What is the difference between a saw horse and a mule?
- A saw horse is a 4 legged stand used to support a platform, A mule is an animal.
