Breakthrough, Patented High R-Factor Building Insulation

Stealth Light Corporation has received the Only Patent for The World's First Bubble Fusion Plastic Insulation, which can result in Ultra-High R-Factor Insulation (U.S. Patent #  8,296,921 B2).

This technology represents a veritable Market Monopoly for the company.

The company has received signed, non-disclosures from prominent insulation companies, who remain interested. The company's technology has eluded the entire insulation industry, which is the answer for low cost, light weight and High R-Factor Insulation! In fact, its technology's cost structure is a fraction of current systems. The company's system represents a quantum leap over all other insulations.

The company's technology fuses together multiple layers of individual plastic spheres that can incorporate any gas, such as argon (among others) or even air, which preclude the permeability of cold or heat from piercing the spheres, resulting in a super high R- factor in inside building walls that previously was unattainable. This is an example of 'closed cell' technology, which process has never been done before.

Current insulations only achieve a 13+ R- factor in walls, which is typical of fiberglass, foam and other bubble-types of insulation, which incorporate an inefficient layering system. The aforementioned 'open cell' systems have been around for years, but provide for the exchange of minute pockets of air, which inhibit their efficiency and result in much lower R-factors.

The company has not only developed an entirely new process for formulating insulation, but it also incorporates the only automated manufacturing system that can achieve these High R- factors. Most importantly, the technology covers multiple insulation sectors where this technology has applications.

For example, bubble fusion technologies can be used for a multitude of uses, including inside building insulation, outside house wraps, ships, planes, trains, vehicles, windows, doors, food, thermos and clothing, among other uses.

It intends to acquire a Manufacturing Patent for its insulation, which will extend its monopoly for another 20 years.

The company is seeking a joint venture partner to produce its insulation, which potentially can represent a billion dollar plus opportunity for the right company.
