Wish I had it for the home we are building now. It is a suburban home in a high density neighbourhood that employs passive solar principals

What if? Your home is your castle, it should not only be energy efficient. But energy productive! With the use of solar that is incorporated in the roof. Plug in to a hard wired on the inside of the building, so when a more efficient solar wafer-panel is made it is easy to convert.
To install P.W.T. (Personal Wind Turbines) on the home to also add to the energy production. Turbines small enough to be able to maintain them in the save and productive way. It may be…

My TAPERMATE tool is really an environmentally frendly tool The US alone produces nearly 50 billion square feet of gypsum drywall product each year. When a wall board is cut, the remnant portion ordinarily will be discarded due to lack of taper on the cut portion. The 50 billion sqare feet of gypsum board equals 15 million tons of gypsum. Approximately 12 percent of this new constructon drywall is wasted during installation. Therefore, 1.8 million tons are scrapped each year in the…

Just thought that I would drop a line or two to comment on a great service I received from the University of the Arts London this week.
I know, an unlikely source I thought, but wait, they offer IP advice to anyone who registers, for free!
I had an enquiry about the reach of my own UK patent and had a swift reply followed up by additional advice from one of their lawyers. Brilliant!
They can be found at …

Fellow Inventors,
It is called the Hardware Helper. To see it, go to http://www.newtoolsystem.com/
We are fully patented and attended the Las Vegas Hardware Show last year, where we discovered that all the major distributors (Sears, Home Canada, Jensen) all loved it, and would definitely take orders. Problem is the manufacturer we were trying to partner with was just to small and Ill equipped to take on rolling out a tool system…

By trade, I am a television producer, but recently an inventor friend asked me for help in producing videos for his products. I must say that I was surprised at how a simple video went a long way in helping him in terms of getting the word out about his inventions. A visual presentation is almost always better than a written presentation, and I'm not even sure why other than to say that's how our brain works. He has had a fair amount of success just emailing a compressed version of the video…

Hi everyone and thank you for giving people like me (inventors) a place to meet and chat about new things.
My name is Greg, and I worked as a carpenter / contractor for 40 years. I have come up with a new bracket
system for homes that subject to damage from highwinds such as hurricanes, tornadoes and they even work
on homes that are subject to movement from earthquakes as well.
There is nothing like it on the market today, not even close. My unique bracket design…
