- What is the difference between a PROVISIONAL and a UTILITY patent?
- Provisional only means you have filed your idea with the USPTO Giving you patent pending status for 12 months. Utility patent means you have successfully obtained a non provisional patent. Thus defined as " any new and useful process, machine, manuacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof "
- What is the difference between a saw horse and a mule?
- A saw horse is for multi use support in many, if not virtually all aspects of building. A mule is best used for farm work. (Beast of burden)
